3RD ANNUAL MARBLE QUARRY CAMPOUT (CA)
CAMPOUT DATES: Aug 24-26
LOCATION: Marble Quarry RV Resort, Columbia, CA.
Directions: From Jct. of Hwy. 49 & Parrotts Ferry Rd. (Columbia exit) N. 1.4 mi. on Parrotts Ferry Rd. to Columbia St. E. .4 mi. to Jackson/Yankee Hill Rd. E. .25 mi. Marble Quarry is on right.
CAMPGROUND CONVENIENCES: Store, showers, pool, laundry
Cost: $8/night/person
NEARBY SERVICES: Sonora is about 7 miles away with everything. Jamestown is about 7 miles away.
What to bring: What you need to enjoy your time away from home.
Area Attractions: Hwy. 49 offers some great riding. Angels Camp, Jamestown, Sonora and the historic town of Columbia, which is only a 10 minute, walk from the campground. Too many attractions to list here. Come and you won't be sorry.
Remarks: The campground brings down a big B-B-Q pit on Saturday and we all cook whatever we brought and have a pot luck dessert. Sunday morning is a worship service. Nothing else is planned. It is your weekend so enjoy and just sit around and fellowship with all those that come. See you there.
