Norcal Voyagers Club
Pinnacles
3-29 TO 31

Well, we had our camp out at the Pinnacles in March, and if I do say so myself it turned out to be a very nice camp out. 11 members, not bad for cool weather camping attended it, we held our monthly meeting and had three members ride in just for that.
We discussed the club shirts, and our expected trip up to Idaho in June, it looks like we have everything in order as far as the Idaho trip is concerned.
I checked with about 15 different shirt people, and was just about to make a deal with one in Maryland, when one of our members, (Herb Alpers) reminded me that his son does this type of work.
I checked with Herb junior and told him what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to stay in, he gave me a very good deal (I Think) so he is in the process of doing the art work, when he is done with that and we approve it, he will start making the shirts.

I had expected to have the art work two weeks ago, but Herb got sick with what ever it is that everyone else is getting, and he was down for the count for over a week. He sent me the art work via e-mail two days ago, but it was so large on my screen I couldn't make it out good enough to say yes or no.

I asked Fritz Wells to check it out for us, since he only lives a few miles from Herb. If all goes well we should have our shirts in time for Idaho.
