We had a pretty good time at the Ripon Almond Blossom
Festival. Ripon is a pretty small town, but the parade lasted about
an hour. There were many horses and clowns and Shriners. Several
marching bands and just allot of fun. We visited quite a few crafts
booths and John Adkins and Dannette were on a shopping spree. Well
I guess they didn't do that bad. We met at the restaurant next door
to Best Western in Manteca. Ray, John, StuBow, Mary-Anne, Rex and
Dannette showed up. We were surprised not to see anyone else, but
that's OK. We had a good time anyway. Look forward to seeing
some of you down at the Pinnacles for free camping next month.
I have a couple of pictures but forgot my camera today.
I should get them posted in a couple of days.

We have been invited to ride in the Ripon Almond Festival Parade. We declined as it was to costly and there were to many rules. We will be going and checking out the parade and festival however. This should be an enjoyable experience. Hopefully we can get a few more than usual for this event. At least 15 to 20 bikes would be nice. For more info about Ripon check out the Chamber of Commerce web site.
WEATHER PERMITTING, WE WILL MEET AT THE BEST WESTERN INN, IN MANTECA, LOCATED @ HWY. 99 AND YOSEMITE AVE., 1415 E YOSEMITE AVE. TRY TO BE THERE BY 11:30AM PHONE # 209-825-1415.
