Old Business
Treasures report: After a short discussion on finances with Wayne Bright,
Ray Walls gave everyone an overview on the clubs financial situation.
As of this date, the club is financially sound and the books are available
for inspection by any member.
Grand Tour up-date: Bryce Eichholz explained interest in the Grand
Tour 2003 is encouraging. He related you don’t have to be a club member
to participate, so spread the word. This is also a fund raiser for
the club so everyone one is encouraged to participate.
Activities Report: Don Brubaker and Ray Walls went over the club activities
for 2003. Ray has posted the schedule for 2003 on the web site for
everyone to examine and/or print out. These events are more fun and
meaningful when there is as much participation as possible.

AVA Rally. Ray Walls suggested a meeting be held on August 2, 2003,
at the Café Orleans to discuss the up coming AVA Rally in Cody Wyoming.
The purpose of the meeting would be to coordinate travel to the event by
the club members who are planning to attend.
Joint campout. Ray explained he has been in contact with the activities
director for the Southern California Voyagers who had expressed interest
in a joint campout. Ray says some follow up needs to be done.
Don Brubaker said he would attempt to get in contact with the Southern California
club and confirm the details.
Pin backs. Bob Webb told everyone that he can obtain “pin backs” (device
that holds decal type pins to clothing) for anyone who has had trouble with
faulty or broken pin backs. Bob also inquired where the previously
appropriated pins and patches were made. Ray Walls was not sure because
Stu Bowen had made the arrangements for purchase. Ray and Don will
try to obtain the information.
C.B. channel. Bob Joyner brought up the fact that on the last campout
there was some confusion on what Citizen’s Band channel (CB) the riders were
monitoring. Apparently, not everyone was on the same page! As
a result, a vote was taken and Channel 12 was designated the un-official
channel for any function the Northern California Voyager’s are participating
in.
Miscellaneous. Don Brubaker was the winner of the 50/50 drawing, walking away with $22.50.
Next meeting. The next club meeting will be held at the Café
Orleans on February 22. 2003. It is suggested that everyone be there
at 11:45am.
President Ray Walls adjourned the meeting at 1:40 pm.
