Old Business

Treasures report: The treasury currently has a balance of $1,502.60. No outstanding bills on record.

Activities Report: Ray Walls reminded everyone of the April Campout at Santa Margarita Lake on April 1st, 2nd, 3rd, with travel home on Sunday the 4th. May 8th is scheduled for the Clear Lake Cruise and lunch on the Clear Lake Queen. Everyone should arrive around 10:30 AM. Contact Bob Webb or Bryce Eichholz for more information. There are 21 paid entries so far.

The Grand Tour has only 6 people signed up so far. The disc used for printing the flags and T-shirts was saved. Therefore, the club won't have to come up with an additional $100.00. Estimated cost of the flags to the club is approximately $8.00 each. The flags will be sold at a cost of $10.00 each. A sample of the flag and Polo shirt will be available at the next meeting for the members to look over for their approval.

New business

Jim Tinlin was thanked in absentia for the great job he is doing with the club's web site and flyers.

Don Brewbaker made a motion that the club rules be changed to allow wearing of the blue club shirts from March 1st to October 31st. The motion was seconded and carried by a large majority.

At the last club meeting, it was suggested that there be more than one club event a month. Roger Allen is working on an overnight stay in Portola Calif. to visit the railroad museum. This will take place after the June wedding of Dale and Pam Bird.

50/50 tickets were sold and a drawing was held. One of the guests, Don Mac Lowery won the drawing. The total was $70.00 Don split the pot with the club, each receiving $35.00. Don graciously donated $20.00 of his share back to the club.

President Ray Walls adjourned the meeting at 2:37 pm.

Minutes were taken by Wayne Bright, edited by Bob Joyner and Posted on the Club web site by Jim Tinlin.
