He also discussed our post Labor Day ride to the Arches National Park, 4 corners, and the south rim of the Grand Canyon from September 9 thru 17th. All other events are on the web site and will be mailed out to all members. November is still open, looking for someone to host an event.
Old Business: There was none.
New Business: Dennis Ellingson made a motion to open up a discussion on our quarterly meetings. He feels it’s too long between meetings and we will start to drift away from each other. It was discussed at length. It was decided it would be better to have a meeting every other month and to still move from place to place. Ray asked for a motion on this agreement, Dennis made a motion & Bill Ashworth seconded it. Ray asked for a show of hands from those in agreement. All hands were raised in agreement. Our next meeting will be in Watsonville on May 27. Location to be decided later and will be published for all members.
The subject of new shirt orders was brought up by Ray. We have several shirts in stock, but most of them are very unpopular. Ray asked for a show of hands of members that want to order new shirts, there were only 3 members. Don is going to check with Homer Dawson to see what he can do for us on small orders then we will get back to the members interested.
Ray told everyone that our brake line ad is on page 13 of the Voyagers Voice, and we have sold several sets. We have sold over 20 sets.
Starting on April 1st, 2006 The Vice President (Bill Owens) will be mailing out the news letters via E-mail & the postal service for those who do not have web access.
Ray asked if there were any more questions or suggestions: there were none, he thanked everyone for coming out in the rain for the meeting.
Meeting was adjourned @ 1345.
