Kramlich, John DeMuri, Roger Allen, Bill Owens, Teresa Ashworth, Bill Ashworth, Bill Burns, Ray Walls (PRES), Don Medina (VP) and Trisha Blue (Sec). Guest: Betty Burns. New member: Bill Owens rejoined the club – welcome back Bill!

Minutes:
Minutes from last meeting were read by Ray Walls. Approved by Bill Owens, and seconded by Dennis Ellingson.

Treasurers Report:
Wayne reports we had a starting balance of $2865.13. We received dues, 50/50 raffle proceeds and a check for break lines. Our new balance is $3017.88.
Bills due: $30 for AVA membership and some break line bills.

Activities Directors Report:
Fritz Wells resigned as activities director so we need someone for this position. It’s not that hard and we all help.

Old Business:
Club shirts were discussed. We decided to go with all blue polo shirts with the small logo on the front & no logo on the back. Ray will get a quote for embroidered and printed logos.

New Business:
The April campout is coming up April 20-21-22. We decided that Lake San Antonio is too far for the northern California members. The new location for the campout will be McConnell State Park. It is 5 miles SE of Delphi on the Merced River (south of Turlock about 4 miles). It is a beautiful setting with lots of trees and a nice group site with 3 or 4 picnic tables together and a BBQ pit. There is a nice grassy area for tents and campers can park over night on the hill above. We hope to be able to roll the tent trailers onto the grass tent site. Bring your fishing poles for catfish, black bass, groupie, blue gill and maybe trout.
Go to the city of Delhi and get off onto Shank’s Road. Go east for 0.3 mi, turn right onto Vincent Road for 0.3 mi. Turn left onto El Capitan for 3.4 miles, turn right onto Pepper Road for 0.9 miles. Turn left onto 2nd Ave for 0.5 mi. then turn right onto McConnell rd for 1.0 miles, this will take you into the park. We can't park our trailers on the grass, if it has tags on it then it has to stay on the asphalt.

New event: Saturday, April 21, at the April campout we will have a club picnic so our non-campers (club members, spouses, & friends) can join in on the fun. The club will provide hamburgers, hot dogs and buns. Jackie Ellingson will bring condiments. Bring a side dish & drinks and join us for a terrific time. The true benefit of club membership is getting to know everyone. So please come on out and have a good time (guaranteed!)

Another new event: June 2 NorCal Voyagers & the Fresno Moose Lodge will host a poker run. Details will be provided separately by Ray Walls. It sounds like great fun for a good cause (Moose Lodge charities). July campout on July 13-14-15 at Huntington Lake (elevation 7000 feet). We may need to change the location to a lower elevation. We also may need to change the date due to conflict with AVA rally.

We discussed a possible Nevada campout to be hosted by Don Medina & Trisha Blue. We have property (no house) and a resort with campsites, club house with full kitchen & pool table, bathhouse with hot showers and individual cabins with bed, sofa, microwave & mini-fridge. You have to bring your own bedding. The resort sounds fancier than it is. It is simple, but provides everything you need. If we choose dates after school starts and not a holiday, we can get multiple cabins and accommodate everyone for free. It is high desert between Lovelock and Winnemucca. There is a lot to explore in the area.

Montana campout: Bob Joyner offered to let us camp on their land for a ride and campout in Montana. No date has been set, but September was mentioned. It was suggested that we could combine the Nevada and Montana trips camping a few days in Nevada and then continuing on to Montana and staying several days there exploring both areas. Further discussion was tabled until the April campout. Something to think about! Ray asked if there were any more questions or suggestions: there were none. He thanked everyone for coming.

Meeting was adjourned @ 1355
