Don reported that everything that's scheduled is on target, we have had good turn outs for most of our events this year, We have an unscheduled camp out set up for the 25th through the 27th of this month in Georgetown, It will be at the VFW park in Georgetown, They have showers, flush toilets, shopping in town ½ mile away, also hotels for those that don't want to camp. George Rogers said the poker run for October is at this time still up in the air. No one seems to know what's going on right now. But he said for those members that aren't going to make the Cody run. There will be a Poker run on August the 23rd in Vacaville, at a dealer on Church street. The run will start at 9:00am, the food is good and the ride will be good. For more information on this call George Rogers @707-432-5844. NEW BUSINESS. Ray wanted to know just how many that were present, Planned on making the trip to Cody. There were 5 hands raised. Ray told his version of what happened to our web site, Said it may not be just the way it happened. He said we are back up and running, Thanks to StuBow and Jim Tinlin. He also said that Jim Tinlin had volunteered to take over the web site and become our web master. This will free StuBow up so he can concentrate more on his own affairs. The 50/50 was held, George Rogers won the pot, His take was $31.00. We also collected $3.00 in fines for members being out of uniform or for not having any club identification on them. Ray wants to remind everyone that from May 1 to October 1, the uniform is Blue caps & shirts. From October 1 to May 1 it's Black caps & shirts. This wasn't done to try being a military style dictatorship. It was done so when we have an event everyone will be wearing the same colors. This makes us look a little more Organized. You are required to wear something with the clubs name on it at all the meetings, or face a bank account draining fine of $1.00. Ray asked for a motion to adjourn the meeting, George Rogers made the motion, it was seconded by several people. The meeting was adjourned at 12:23pm.
