JULY CLUB MEETING

JULY MEETING

The meeting was called to order by president Ray Walls @ 12:57 pm. Members present, Bill Owens, Wayne Bright, Brian Coldicott, Leland House, & Ray Walls. We had two guests, Don Medina & Trisha Blue; from the Half Moon bay area.

Introduction of guest & new members; Don & Trisha were introduced to all the members present. They later joined the club. They are now fully paid up members.

Reading of minutes of previous meeting; President Ray read the minutes of the June meeting.

Treasurers report; Wayne Bright gave us the total in the club’s treasury; we now have a total of $1,641.13 in the bank.

Presentation of bills; there were none.

Social & activities directors report; he was absent so there was no report.

Old business; there was none to discuss.

New business; there was none to discuss.

Announcements or guest speakers; no guest speakers; the only announcement was, Ray wanted to remind everyone of the August camp out 8-11 thru 14. He has two camp sites reserved; we can have up to 8 people on each site...

Ray asked if anyone had anything to say or any questions. There were none.

President walls adjourned the meeting at 1:30 pm.
