                     Minutes of August 2, 2003 meeting


Meeting was called to order by President Ray Walls @ 1240PM.
Members present were Bob Webb, Bill Owens, Don Brubaker, Tom Hite, George
& Susanne Rogers, Ray Walls. There were no guest, But this was Susanne's
first ever meeting, We were very glad to have her company and it was also
very nice to finally meet her in person. We do hope to see more of her.

President Ray Walls read minutes, of July meeting. The minutes were
approved as read. Our secretary was unable to attend this meeting, but he
did send a tape recorder so we could tape it for him,

Treasurers Report. Our Treasurer was also unable to attend this meeting,
But he did send a financial report with the President, President Ray Walls
read the report. We have as of 8-1-03, $613.84 in our checking account
with more coming in from the sale of shirts & caps that were previously
ordered. The financial report was approved as read.

Activities Directors Report, Don wants everyone to know that he and Doris
are going to Cody, but they are leaving on the 8th and going by
themselves. He states that they don't like to ride in a group. But they
will meet us in Cody. Bob Webb says he won't be able to make the Cody
rally after all, So that will leave Roger Allen, Wayne Bright, Tom & Della
Anderson and Ray Walls leaving out from Fallon on the 11th.

Old Business, George Rogers says the Poker run for October has been
cancelled. In it's place he & Bob Webb are setting up a very nice full day
ride for our October event and we should have all the information on this
by our next meeting. Don brought up something he noticed on the web site
about our NW Pacific Coast ride in September; the dates on the web differ
with what I put out on the event schedule. I told him I knew about it and
had forgotten to have Jim change the dates, but I will take care of that
tonight. The dates on the ride are actually Sept 12 through 16.
(Webmaster Note: the October Event has been renamed to a Full Day Ride and
the dates for our NW Pacific Coast ride have been changed).

Announcements, Tom Hite said there is a poker run on August 23rd, That's
put on by the Christian Life Center in Vacaville, They are going to have a
very nice dinner after the ride and there will be drawings for some major
prizes. A color TV is the grand prize. The 50/50 was held and Ray Walls
was the winner of $13.00 and another $13.00 went to the club. There were
no more announcements so President Ray Walls asked for a motion to
adjourn, Bob Webb made the motion, Tom Hite and a couple others seconded
the motion. President Walls adjourned the meeting at 1250PM
