We discussed the Poker Run mostly

No treasures report

Ray checking on the hats

Treasures Report not available, however John stated the club will have enough money to cover everything we paid out in regards to the Poker Run

* John reminded us that dues are coming up – we should be ok for awhile

Tour Directors Report

Our next meeting will be on Nov. 10^th. Same place and time.

Our Nov. outing will be on Nov. 11^th to cycle show. We will try to meet at Road Rider. More to follow.

December’s meeting will be held along with our Christmas party at the Adkins house.

Men will bring men’s gifts and women will bring women’s gifts. Gifts shouldn’t cost more than $10.00.

Old Biz

Poker Run – Turned out to be a bad date because too many other activities going on like a Jazz concert and Harley outing. Ray working on letter to go out to all shops that donated raffle gifts.

New Biz

It’s time to nominate members to run for board positions.

Ray has agreed to be nominated for President

Doris has agreed to be nominated for Secretary

John has declined nomination for any post

Raffle

It was brought up by Dottie that we could make money by raffling off items like tires.

Bob says there will be another Ronald McDonald run in Dec. He’ll let us know when.

50/50

50/50 was conducted by Tom Hite. $40.00 collected. Doris had the winning ticket. She donated the $20.00 back to the club.
