The most significant discussion of the meeting was over the proposed sponsoring of the Western Regional Ride-in. President Walls said the club would have to commit club funds by Monday (11-17-03), to secure the event venue. This would drain the treasury of the entire funds. After careful consideration and discussion, it was determined by the majority of the members, that the club was not adequately prepared at this time. Therefore, the event was cancelled. However, everyone was in favor of the proposal and suggested we undertake the event in 2005. It was felt this would give the club time to do more research and establish a committee to coordinate all the details along with the pro's and con's associated with putting on an event of this magnitude.

The next scheduled meeting will be held in February.
