Subject: Minutes, November club meeting

The monthly meeting of the Northern California Voyagers was held at Country Waffle Cafe, Los Banos, California. President Ray Walls called the meeting to order at 12:48 PM. The following members were present:

Old Business

Treasures report: President Walls gave the treasures report. Ray advised all members that the treasury currently has a balance of $1,525.95. Ray has submitted a bill of $117.92 for postage and mailing materials.

Ray told the group that that the clubs new logo disc is ready and he will have three or four shirts ready for viewing and approval at the January, 2005 meeting. Fritz Wells requested a price for a Polo Shirt, with the club's logo embroidered on the left breast area or pocket, and his name on the right side.

Ray will work on having the club flags made, with the original logo. The flags and shirt logo will be uniform. Ray is also looking into the difference between silk screen and what we currently have.

Activities Report: The annual Christmas Party is at Bob Webb's house on December 4th.

New business

Fritz made the suggestion that we document all of our events/rides, with all fuel stops and rest stops for future reference. He also suggested that the person who sponsors the event /ride make up some ride fact sheets to hand out to those attending the event/ride.

President Ray Walls adjourned the meeting at 1:15 pm.
